When we tell the community about Good Grief Rochester, it is not uncommon for one to say, “Well, that’s all good but I’m not grieving right now.” Consider yourself fortunate that grief has not impacted your world… yet. Yet, we all will unfortunately experience grief’s grip during our lifetime.
We are a 501(C)(3) charitable organization. We never charge a participant. GGR relies on the generousity of community partner donations. We have individual donors and business sponsors all joining forces to provide our program and outreach. No one on our care team is paid — they are all volunteers so that the participants have access to all the resources necessary to help them heal.
Please consider donating to our mission. We can proudly state that 100% of your gift will go to our participants.

We need donations to continue offering our grief support services at no cost to the participants. Unlike most other grief support services in our community, GGR does not charge for the sessions.
100% of your donation will be applied to costs associated with meeting spaces, program materials, tracking software, resource materials for outside special programs and supplies. Everyone involved with GGR are volunteers!
